Where you will work
Home Care Lund is a newly launched operation in strong growth. Your work as a nurse is therefore characterized, in addition to patient care, by assisting in the introduction, training, and delegation of a growing staff group. You will mentor home care employees in their daily work regarding health and medical care-related tasks. You are responsible for both long-term planning through risk assessments and health plans, as well as acute interventions when something unexpected occurs.
We have a newly launched dementia team where we provide exciting conditions for working with dementia care.
Who are you?
You are responsible, independent, and comfortable with making priorities and leading others. You enjoy mentoring staff on health and medical care matters, are unpretentious, and are motivated by organizing care together with your colleagues in the best way possible.
Your role includes maintaining continuous dialogue with family members and informing them of changes in health status. You collaborate with colleagues, doctors, and potentially other internal and external contacts to ensure good care.
Job Description
We are currently looking for a colleague on part-time basis for a permanent employment with probation at 75-100% full-time equivalent, with a start date by agreement.
Licensed nurse
Good knowledge of Swedish and English in speech and writing
B-class driving license
Meritorious
We would like you to have previous experience in home health care as well as knowledge in dementia care.
To thrive in the position, you are engaged and care about your fellow humans while being good at creating good relationships and being service-oriented. With us you work in teams as well as independently, so it is important that you are comfortable in that environment.
Before we offer employment, you must provide an unopened extract from the police criminal records register. We also require a valid Swedish work permit, such as a passport or approved work permit from the Migration Agency.
