About the Health Center Familjeläkarna in Storvreten is an well-established health center with approximately 8800 registered patients, located in Tumba. Doctors, district nurses, nurses, nursing assistants, and psychologists work here in close collaboration. Our clinic also includes child health services (BVC) and laboratory services. We offer pleasant facilities and great colleagues that create a good work environment. About the Role As a nurse/district nurse at a health center, you work with telephone consultations, triage, and independent patient visits. You also have an important role in leading and developing preventive health work. You actively participate in team work with other professionals to ensure high-quality care and a good patient experience. We Are Looking for Someone Who Is a district nurse or registered nurse and preferably has experience in primary care. Enjoys working both independently and in a team. Has a professional approach and a good ability to adapt to different care situations. Is committed to developing good and safe care. Meritorious: Experience from hypertension and asthma/COPD clinics.
