In spring 2027, we are opening Eskilsgården in Vellinge municipality, a modern residential care facility where quality, compassion, and joy of life are at the center. Eskilsgården will consist of seven departments with 66 residential places.

WORK DUTIES
Work as a nurse at Eskilsgården includes responsibility for residents in residential care, which means you independently assess, plan, organize, and perform medical treatment and nursing interventions.
Work duties include, among other things:
- Independently conduct medical assessments and interventions
- Collaborate with team, family members, and other stakeholders regarding patient care
- Guide and delegate work tasks to nursing staff
- Document according to applicable legislation and guidelines
- Actively participate in quality and development work within the operations
You are a driven and solution-focused person who is accustomed to prioritizing your work tasks. You have good interpersonal skills, contribute to a good work environment, and find it easy to collaborate.
You will work daytime Monday to Friday, independent of holidays.
QUALIFICATIONS
In your role as a nurse with us, you make independent assessments, perform medical treatments, and plan and follow up on nursing interventions. Other important parts of your role are to guide and support nursing staff in health and care matters as well as collaborate with other professions to ensure safe and quality care.

At Eskilsgården, you work as a nurse both independently and in a team. You plan, coordinate, and follow up on care interventions and actively work to ensure good and safe care. In your role as a nurse, you maintain continuous dialogue with next of kin and inform of changes in health status.

To be considered for the position, you need:
Registered Nurse
At least five years of experience as a nurse
Good knowledge of Swedish, spoken and written
It is meritorious if you have experience working in elderly care and dementia care as well as specialist training in geriatrics and dementia.
Employment form: Permanent employment.
Duration: Indefinite, start date: 2027-02-15.
