Eriksberg Health Center Welcome to Eriksberg Health Center! Eriksberg Health Center is located at Västertorg in the Eriksberg district of Uppsala with approximately 30 dedicated and pleasant colleagues who all work in a close, team-based approach with the patient in focus. We are now seeking a full-time nurse to start as soon as possible or by agreement. The temporary position will last 6 months, with the possibility of extension. Your Assignment Your responsibilities include varied work as a nurse at a health center, such as assessing/assisting patients through telephone advice, via e-services, and in direct consultation visits with wound care and acute patients, among other tasks. We work interprofessionally and maintain high accessibility for patients. We actively work to improve patient flow through triage and booking for all professional roles. We believe that reasonable workload and job satisfaction are the keys to long-term sustainability. Your Qualifications We are seeking a licensed nurse. Previous experience in primary care, Cosmic system, telephone advice, and triage is considered a merit. We believe you are mature and flexible in your work approach, enjoy taking holistic responsibility, and have a strong desire to continuously develop the operation. Curiosity, creativity, and professionalism are qualities we place particular value on. We place great emphasis on personal characteristics. Our Operations Eriksberg Health Center is located at Västertorg in the Eriksberg district of Uppsala. We have approximately 7,200 registered patients and around 30 staff members. We offer most services within primary care, and everyone at the health center works to provide our patients with the best possible care. The broad range from families with children to elderly patients creates a stimulating and developmental workplace. The health center is part of the Close Care and Health division in Region Uppsala. Our health centers are located throughout the region. We work with patients, in teams at the health center, and collaborate with colleagues at different levels of care. Eriksberg Health Center is one of two academic health centers in Region Uppsala. This means we are part of an academic primary care center that develops conditions for primary care research and development.
