As an employee at dialysis, you will be an important part of our renal medicine unit, which is at the forefront in Sweden. Within renal medicine, there are clinics for hemodialysis, kidney failure, peritoneal dialysis, a kidney clinic, and a care unit for kidney patients.

WORK DUTIES
Work at the dialysis clinic uniquely combines technology and nursing care with independent responsibility for patient treatment and care. In addition to patient work, where each registered nurse has special care responsibility for a number of their own patients, each team member also has specific work duties aimed at improving the quality of nursing care and medical treatment. We expect you to actively participate in operations development, take personal responsibility, and work with us toward our goals.
We see collaboration between our clinics and care unit as something that develops our operations and offers the opportunity to work shifts at the care unit as well, based on interest, experience, and needs.
As a registered nurse, you will work with, among other things:
• preparing, planning, and performing dialysis treatments
• monitoring patients during dialysis treatment
• administering medications
• administrative tasks
• patient care.
The position involves 20 percent service on on-call time.
