About the position - work where the needs are greatest We are in an expansive phase following a completed needs analysis and are now seeking nurses who want to contribute to strengthening our LARO operations. You'll become an important part of a societal mission of utmost importance - providing safe, evidence-based, and person-centered care to a patient group with complex needs. As a nurse with us, you will work with: Medication-assisted treatment for opioid dependence (LARO), in accordance with the National Board of Health and Welfare's national guidelines Assessments, follow-ups, and treatment support for people with both addiction and comorbidities Close collaboration with social services, round-the-clock care, and other actors in society Strengthening patients' own capacity, security, and participation An organization in transition - and you become an important part of the future The comorbidity reform, changes in the criminal justice system, increasing drug trafficking, and younger patient groups mean that addiction treatment is facing major shifts. We see these changes both as challenges and opportunities to improve support for individuals and society as a whole. Responsibilities Work in a knowledge-intensive environment with broad expertise and strong collegiality Be part of a team that is passionate about development, quality, and safe patient contact Contribute to operations that are actively involved in change work nationally and regionally Influence work methods, implementation of guidelines, and shaping the future of LARO Qualifications We are looking for you if you: Are a licensed nurse (specialist training in psychiatry is a merit) Have an interest in addiction treatment, comorbidities, and complex care needs Thrive in multidisciplinary teams and want to work in a structured way but also with great flexibility Want to be part of developing - not just working in - the operations Experience in psychiatry, addiction treatment, or LARO is desirable but not required - the right person with drive, commitment, and curiosity is just as important.
