About the position Working with us means working in an operation with world-leading robotic surgery and highly specialized care for patients with gynecological and urological diagnoses. We have a major role in the Stockholm region and are, among other things, the sole provider of surgery for advanced bladder cancer as well as advanced urinary tract reconstruction. The operation is primarily characterized by planned surgery, but we also receive patients in need of acute care. Work takes place in an efficient flow with good physician availability, which gives you the opportunity to quickly develop broad competence and a stable clinical foundation. The ward has 20 beds on weekdays and 12 on weekends. You work in close collaboration with nursing assistants and physicians in active teamwork around the patient. We offer a work environment characterized by an open, inclusive and positive climate. The position is a permanent employment with work in three shifts (day, evening and night), according to Region Stockholm's agreement for 24/7 operations. Qualifications Requirements: - Licensed nurse with authorization to practice within Swedish healthcare - Good knowledge of Swedish, spoken and written - At least two years of experience from acute care or inpatient care Meritorious: - Experience of surgical nursing care - Experience of urological and/or gynecological diagnoses About the recruitment process Selection and interviews may take place continuously during the application period.
