Unit M67 We are seeking a registered nurse to join our team at unit M67, which is part of the acute psychiatry section, Psychiatry Southwest. Patient care has a major focus on our unit where we actively work with activation, calming strategies, conversations, and focus on recovery. We work based on a person-centered approach. Through person-centered care, we want to strengthen patient participation and utilize the patient's wishes, views, and resources as a natural part of the work. We continuously work to develop 24-hour care where patients receive good treatment and evidence-based care, and staff with the right competence are developed and thrive. We offer training according to our own training concept Braining, developed to stimulate and motivate patients to increase physical activity. Patients are encouraged to participate in activities where you can gladly contribute with your interests. The unit works with the Safewards concept for increased safety and security. The unit operates with a care bed that is a so-called "self-selected admission place" where patients can control and plan their own admission, where the nurse has an important role in the admission and discharge process. Within the acute section, there are also a social worker and occupational therapist to support the work for our patients. We actively work with care plans and patient participation in their care. As a nurse, you are a work leader in nursing care and you will also have the opportunity to influence care/treatment by implementing targeted activities together with patients. We collaborate with the clinic's outpatient care and care planning with the municipalities' social services to best follow the patient. Care is provided according to both HSL and LPT. Qualifications Registered Nurse Specialist nurse in psychiatric care is merited, but not required. Personal Qualities You have an interest in working with patients with mental health issues.
