About the role We are looking for you, a registered nurse who can express yourself in writing and speech in Swedish. We place great importance on personal qualities. Furthermore, you are an empathetic and service-oriented person who remains calm and is stable and composed even in stressful situations. What you will work with Department G7 is a care unit for acute surgical, urological, and orthopedic care as well as some planned (elective) procedures. The department currently has 12 patient beds. You will work in a team consisting of physicians, nursing assistants, physiotherapists, and occupational therapists. The patient is in focus and multiple professional groups work together for the patient's benefit. As a nurse on Department G7, you have a supervisory role toward nursing assistants and other professional groups. You will have nursing care responsibility before and after operations and examinations for all patient categories on the unit. Working hours are scheduled for day/evening/weekend shifts. Start date by agreement. Region Norrbotten applies individual salary setting according to collective agreement.
