We are seeking We are looking for you who are a licensed nurse with good knowledge of the Swedish language. If you have experience or education in surgery or urology, we see that as an asset. You are responsible, engaged, and take initiative in your daily work and understand the importance of teamwork. What you will work with As a nurse in Department 51, you'll get varied and developmental work where you work both independently and in close collaboration with a dedicated care team. You meet patients from several different specialties – upper gastrointestinal (UGI), urology, otolaryngology, oral surgery, ophthalmology, and general surgery. We receive acute patients around the clock and also have planned surgery. During on-call hours, the department functions as an acute intake for the entire region. You are responsible for nursing care and have an important role in the patient's care process, where you work with care from a person-centered approach as well as with medical tasks and medical technical equipment: We value good collaboration and a supportive work environment. Working hours are scheduled for day, evening, and weekend shifts, or alternatively full night shifts including weekends. Start date by agreement.
