Since fall 2025, we've strengthened our team with two development nurses who have a special mandate to develop both the ward and the nursing role. An important part of their work is to mentor and support you as you join us, regardless of previous experience.
We encourage you to read our career pathway for nurses and about the benefits available to you; you'll also find information there about regulations regarding salary and compensation.
Job Description
As a nurse with us, you are the center of care delivery. You lead and coordinate the care team around the patient and work closely with nursing assistants, physicians, and paramedics to create patient-centered and value-adding care.
We follow the ICN's ethical codes and the four fundamental areas of nursing responsibility: promoting health, preventing disease, restoring health, and alleviating suffering and promoting a dignified death.
You'll conduct systematic assessments of patients' health status using our "head-to-toe" method—each patient is examined by a nurse at every shift.
You'll also work with medical-technical equipment such as:
High-flow oxygen therapy and respiratory support
Various drainage systems with negative pressure support
Equipment for medication-related treatments

Since the role involves documentation and daily communication with patients, relatives, and colleagues, fluency in Swedish—both spoken and written—is required.
