Ängslyckan is a small care and residential home with only three units, which creates a family-like and homey feeling. The residence is designed for people with dementia or with significant care needs. Ängslyckan is beautifully and rurally located in Hedesunda, approximately four miles south of Gävle. In Hedesunda there is a pizzeria, lunch restaurant, dentist, pharmacy, and grocery store. Foot care is available in the home and the residence also has access to a hairdresser. 1 position(s). JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Would you like to help create safe, person-centered, and quality care for the elderly? We are now looking for a committed and experienced registered nurse who wants to be part of our team and contribute to providing the best possible care to our residents. As a registered nurse with us, you work independently and in close cooperation with colleagues and other professionals. Your main responsibilities include: • Performing medical assessments and planning, implementing, and following up care interventions. • Responsibility for blood sampling, infusions, dressing changes, and end-of-life care. • Collaborating with doctors, physiotherapists, and occupational therapists to ensure good and safe care. • Supervising and delegating care tasks to care personnel and students. • Documenting and working in management systems such as Treserva, TES, Lifecare, NPÖ, and Pascal. The position is mainly based during daytime, but evening and weekend shifts are included according to schedule. Ongoing interviews may take place during the application period. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for you who: • Are a registered nurse and have at least 2 years of experience. • Have a driver's license and driving experience. • Have a good ability to make independent medical assessments. It is meritorious if you have experience with the systems Treserva, TES, Lifecare, NPÖ, and Pascal.
