About Us
Do you want to work with specialized healthcare in an operation where the patient is at the center? We are now seeking a dedicated nurse for the Gastroenterology and Hepatology Clinic at Östra Hospital.
The clinic assesses, treats, and follows patients with diseases within gastroenterology and hepatology. At the clinic, nurses, nursing assistants, and physicians work together with the patient at the center, and collaboration with other clinics is close. We are now seeking a new colleague for our team. The clinic is open during daytime hours, Monday through Friday.
About the Job
As a nurse at the clinic, your work tasks consist mainly of administering medication treatments, providing advice, and planning and following up on the patient's treatment. We are especially looking for someone with an optimistic attitude toward healthcare challenges. You are accustomed to being organized and are not afraid to take responsibility on your own. You have a good ability to work in a team to provide patients with the best possible care.

About You
We are looking for you who are a licensed nurse and who have previous experience working in a hospital setting. Experience with clinic work and/or gastroenterological care is a merit. You have the ability to adjust your planning and can prioritize among your work tasks.

Clinical Base Year
If you are a newly graduated nurse, you will be included in the Clinical Base Year, which is our introduction program.
The Clinical Base Year is mandatory and lasts during the first year of your employment with us. The Clinical Base Year includes lectures, nursing guidance, and practical training of your profession at the Simulator Center. In addition, it also includes placement at least two different departments to broaden your competence.
Foreign Nurse/Physician
In the event of recruitment of nurses/physicians with foreign credentials/specialist qualifications, the position in question is preceded by a process to meet the requirements for Swedish credentials/specialist qualifications.
