We are seeking an experienced nurse for a position in home health care/VÅBO/LSS in Gävle, working 75-100% schedule, evenings and weekends only. We are looking for an experienced nurse for future assignments. Qualifications Nurse with at least 3 years of experience Valid driver's license for manual transmission vehicles required. 3+ years of experience in municipal healthcare. 3+ years of experience in säbo (residential care). 3+ years of experience in home health care. Very good Swedish language skills, both written and spoken. Personal Qualities Good collaboration skills with colleagues and other professional categories. Personal maturity with interest and ability to meet patients and their families in difficult situations. Ability to prioritize, delegate, and lead team members. Flexible with a commitment to meet the needs of the organization. Experienced in working with varying tasks at varying pace.
