The dialysis clinic has a total of 12 patient stations where patients come for their kidney replacement treatment (hemodialysis). Our working hours are Monday-Friday (07:00-15:30), Saturday (07:00-15:00). Your Tasks As a nurse, you will lead and manage hemodialysis treatments, plan and organize daily operations, and be the primary responsible person for patients regarding rounds and blood tests, among other things. Nurses and nursing assistants work in teams around patients, providing good support to each other. The dialysis clinic operates according to a planned schedule. The majority of patients have chronic kidney failure and need hemodialysis several times a week, so as an employee here you will develop close contact with patients. Training is individually adapted over 10-12 weeks and you will have two main supervisors. This is a permanent position. Your Knowledge and Competencies We are looking for you who are a registered nurse; experience is advantageous but not required. As a person, you have good teamwork skills and enjoy working both with others and independently.
