Our unit consists of 24 beds where we care for acutely ill patients with primarily surgical and medical conditions, but cardiology, urology, infectious diseases, pulmonology, and psychiatry are also part of our daily work. Responsibilities
To ensure you get the best possible start with us, we offer an individually tailored introduction and orientation in consultation with your manager and our clinical mentor.
As a nurse with us, you'll be part of the team around the patient, working with patient care, assessments, medical treatments, and daytime social planning and rounds. The team consists, in addition to nurses and nursing assistants, of discharge coordinators, mentors, pharmacists, unit charge nurses, the unit's physicians, and managers. You are, of course, part of the unit's operational development, take personal responsibility, and work with us toward our goals. We offer excellent opportunities for continuing education both internally and externally.
Qualifications
Licensed nurse. We place great emphasis on qualities such as solution-focused thinking, ability to collaborate, and sense of responsibility. Previous experience as a nurse is considered a merit.
