Looking for exciting and fulfilling work? Welcome to us! Job Duties Departments 56 and 58 are located in the same facilities and work together. On department 56, you will work with rehabilitation medicine patients, and on department 58 with geriatric rehabilitation and acute geriatrics patients. On unit 56, we primarily care for patients of working age who have suffered stroke, brain injury, or spinal cord injury. Care aims to help patients achieve increased function with autonomy, activity, and participation in their life situation. On unit 58, we care for patients in general geriatrics, stroke rehabilitation, and orthopedic rehabilitation. Multimorbid elderly patients make the work interesting and you gain broad expertise. Since February 2026, department 58 has had a project with acute geriatrics beds; most patients are admitted directly from the acute ward. Being a registered nurse on departments 56/58 is exciting work where you meet patients with many complex diagnoses. You will have the opportunity to develop and use your skills in both acute patient care and assessing care and rehabilitation interventions. The pace and tasks will vary during your shifts. You will follow patients from a few days to several months. We work person-centered as a team. Individual orientation will be provided. Documentation is done in the Cosmic medical records system. Qualifications Requirements Licensed registered nurse Meritorious Previous experience working in rehabilitation medicine. Education in rehabilitation medicine. Specialist training in elderly care. Experience from acute geriatrics/acute care ward. You appreciate challenges and working with varied tasks and at different paces. You are self-directed and a dependable person who takes responsibility for your work tasks; you are organized and can prioritize your work.
