JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Do you want to broaden your expertise while trying something new? Now you have the chance to embark on an inspiring journey through our operations. We are seeking nurses for a unique introduction program where over three months you will have the opportunity to work in home care, care and service housing, LSS, and social psychiatry. This is a perfect opportunity for you if you are curious, want to develop, and enjoy variety in your work. Whether you are newly qualified or have extensive experience, you will gain a broad insight into municipal health and social care and have a chance to find your own specialty. What do we offer? We offer a safe and structured introduction with mentoring, where you spend one month in each operation. After the introduction, the position converts to a permanent employment where you work as a responsible nurse with the patient in focus. Your duties include: • Conduct medical assessments and make well-founded decisions. • Perform health and care tasks with a focus on patient safety and quality. • Plan care interventions and actively collaborate with colleagues. • Work preventatively to promote patient health. • Documentation and registration in various quality systems. • Work proactively to prevent care injuries. • Mentor and delegate tasks to students and care personnel. • Participate in operations development and improvement work. QUALIFICATIONS As a nurse with us, you are a key person in creating safety, good care quality, and a positive experience for our patients. You will have a central and meaningful role in the operation. After a thorough introduction, you will have the opportunity to choose the area of operation where you feel most comfortable and believe you can make the greatest difference. • Licensed nurse. • B driver's license and experience driving a car. It is an advantage if you have experience in municipal health and social care or if you are familiar with the Treserva system. • You are confident, empathetic, and have genuine patient focus. • You contribute to good team spirit and collaborate easily. • You have clear, respectful, and open communication. • You take responsibility for your tasks and see the whole picture in the care process. • You are flexible and enjoy a work environment where learning and variety are part of daily life.
