These are permanent positions at 100% with start date by agreement. A trial period may apply. Job Responsibilities You work independently but in close collaboration with unit managers, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, benefits coordinators, nursing assistants, and other care staff. Cooperation with primary healthcare is also part of the work. Working hours are based on 7-week scheduling periods with weekend shifts every 7th week. As a Pool Nurse, you do not have a fixed area. Both day and night shifts can occur. As a nurse in our pool, you will work in all our home care areas and special residential facilities in Ragunda Municipality. You will primarily provide support in different areas during absences, where you will perform typical nursing tasks. We look forward to receiving your application! QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for you who have a nursing degree. We would like to see that you are specialized in elderly care, district nursing, or another specialist qualification. The position requires a class B driver's license. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability. Other specialist training, such as elderly care nursing or other relevant further education, is meritorious. It is an advantage if you have experience in municipal healthcare. As a nurse, you have the ability to work with other people; to listen, show empathy and respect. You are unpretentious and acknowledge and appreciate others' contributions. You also have the ability to plan and organize your work. You find it easy to set goals, organize resources, follow up, and complete activities. Salary form: Monthly salary.
