Piteå Health Center has approximately 10,100 registered patients and is one of Region Norrbotten's largest health centers. We work in three interprofessional teams where doctors, nurses, nursing assistants, and rehabilitation staff together care for their registered patients.
We are now seeking a licensed nurse who wants to work broadly within primary care and be part of a team where patients are followed over time and where collaboration between professions is a natural part of daily work.
What we're looking for
You are a licensed nurse with good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written. You also have basic knowledge of Office 365.
It is an advantage if you have experience from primary care, telephone advice, or working with medical record systems Cosmic or VAS. Experience with reception work or working with patients with chronic diseases is also viewed positively.
We're looking for someone who can work independently, make your own assessments, and prioritize between different tasks. You also need to be comfortable collaborating with other professions to provide patients with coordinated care.
What you'll be working with
As a nurse with us, you will work with:
- Telephone advice and medical assessments
- Acute and planned patient contacts
- Reception work with your own booked patients
- Sample collection, treatments, and follow-ups
- Support and advice to patients and their relatives
- Collaboration with other professions at the health center and with external healthcare providers when needed
You will be part of one of our three teams and participate regularly in team rounds. There the team plans, prioritizes, and follows up on patient cases together. The aim is to create continuity for patients and provide the right care at the right time.

Job information
The position is full-time with a long-term contract and working hours 08:00-17:00. Start date by agreement. Selection and interviews are ongoing and the position may be filled before the final application deadline. Region Norrbotten applies individual salary setting according to the collective agreement. The position is 100% covered by collective agreement.
