The health stations are part of the southern Lapland near-care area, which is a model area in the transition to proximity care. Clinical assessment at a distance and digital care visits are developing rapidly and are an important part of ensuring good, accessible, and nearby care in this area. Therefore, it is no coincidence that we are at the forefront in this area. The health station model, which is an important starting point for proximity care, characterizes both approach and work methods in the daily operations. Storuman, Sorsele, and Tärnaby health stations are part of the same base unit and are located in southern Lapland, 13 miles apart, Sorsele and Storuman 7 miles apart. The nearest hospital is Lycksele, where the region's ambulance helicopter is stationed. Our health stations function as well-equipped mini-hospitals with access to acute care beds, ambulance services, and laboratory facilities. Our use of telemedicine is well developed. Here you will find occupational therapists, midwives, physiotherapists, case workers, doctors, psychologists, secretaries, nurses, and nursing assistants. We provide acute care as well as regular health center work and have well-developed collaboration between all professional groups and with the municipalities. 1 position(s). JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Job Responsibilities As a nurse with us, you contribute to taking good care of others and helping people feel better. You work in a professional manner where you constantly keep the patient in focus. As a nurse, you must address patients' medical and specific care needs and then plan and prioritize the measures to be implemented. The role of nurse also places demands on your ability to lead and motivate other care personnel to create a good work environment together and offer quality care. The work requires self-reliance and the ability to solve problems and make ongoing decisions in the right order. QUALIFICATIONS You who are applying must have a license as a nurse.
