The Center for Movement and Musculoskeletal Disorders (ROC) Umeå is responsible for university hospital care in orthopedics including spinal surgery in the Northern Healthcare Region, the four northernmost counties. ROC is also the county hospital for orthopedics in Västerbotten and the regional hospital for the Umeå area. The Center for Movement and Musculoskeletal Disorders is divided into the sections Artro and Tumor, Factum, Trauma, and Spine, all of which conduct thousands of patient visits, treatments, and surgical procedures annually. Together with the Surgery and Orthopedic Clinic in Lycksele and the Operating Unit in Skellefteå, we are responsible for all orthopedic care in the county. The Center for Movement and Musculoskeletal Disorders is a University Hospital Care Unit (USVE) where research and student supervision are a natural part of daily clinical work. Our comprehensive operations are seen as stimulating by our employees, as the activities are divided into different sections. This provides varied work and a solid medical knowledge base. We have an operation with both breadth and depth. It encompasses everything from assessments of patients' acute orthopedic problems in emergency care at the clinic and ward to elective orthopedic operations and extensive fracture and trauma surgery. We are now seeking a nurse for our clinic. Welcome to apply! 1 position(s). DUTIES As a nurse with us, you contribute knowledge and commitment that creates safety for our patients. The work involves standard clinic duties including telephone advice and communication via 1177. Patient administrative tasks as well as planning and coordination of clinic operations are also part of the role. In addition to tasks related to general orthopedics, you will have the opportunity to specialize in one or more of our sections. This means in-depth knowledge in the specified area as well as deepened collaboration with physicians, administrators, and physiotherapists in the same section. In this role, there is an opportunity to be involved in developing the operations and tasks may change over time based on operational needs. QUALIFICATIONS We are seeking you who are a licensed nurse. Experience in clinic work and/or orthopedics is a merit.
