Here you will have a varied and independent role where you make a difference for our patients every day! Description As a patient care nurse, you have primary responsibility for the overall planning of the patient's medical health and care services. Your duties include home visits and contact with patients, where you conduct medical assessments and decide on appropriate interventions. Documentation is an important part of the work. The role also includes supervision, delegation, and training of care personnel in health and care tasks. You will collaborate with various professional categories and care institutions to ensure the best possible care for our patients. Qualifications Licensed nurse with previous work experience in the profession. Professional approach and good patient relations toward patients, families, and partners. Ability to work independently as well as cooperate in a team. Flexible and development-oriented with a willingness to drive change. Personal suitability is given significant weight. A valid driver's license (category B) is required. Selection is ongoing and interviews may be conducted during the application period. We look forward to your application!
