Job Responsibilities At Department 93, you will be welcomed to a varied workplace in both pace and tasks, where we have an open work climate with great camaraderie. We are a highly specialized care unit and a workplace with extensive experience and specialist expertise, where you as a nurse have an important role. You work in close collaboration in a team with 3 care assistants. Some nights are calm and others more eventful. You have a central role as a work leader and are responsible for patient care. The role also includes extensive contact and collaboration with the adult psychiatric emergency department. Contact with other parts of the country and abroad may occur. About the Workplace Department 93 PIVA-unit is a psychiatric intensive care unit. We are tasked with receiving the most care-demanding patients, regardless of diagnosis, who need closed psychiatric care. At the PIVA-unit, patients may be cared for under coercion according to LPT and coercive measures may need to be taken. Patient safety and quality issues are in constant focus to promote the best and safest possible care. Qualifications We are looking for you who are a licensed nurse. It is advantageous if you have specialist training in psychiatry or experience from working in psychiatric care or other healthcare. It is also a plus if you have knowledge of the journal system Cosmic. If you are a basic educated nurse, there is an opportunity in the future to pursue specialist training with study salary.
