Job Description We are seeking a nurse who values stimulating and independent work in a development-oriented environment. The primary tasks at the health center are reception work and telephone advice. As a new nurse with us, you will receive a thorough introduction customized to your needs. During your employment, you will also be assigned a mentor to support you during your introduction and first year. Professional development is important in our organization, which is why time for both internal and external training is a high priority. Providing patients with the best possible care collectively is central to our work, so we make use of all employees' expertise and promote knowledge exchange between different professions. Work Team We have just over 70 employees at Vårdcentralen Lyckorna who enjoy working together in an open work environment. We have excellent collaboration with our healthcare partners, both within Region Östergötland and within the municipality. We employ an innovation-inspired approach and provide comprehensive primary care for patients of all ages with diverse needs. The health center has physician clinics, nurse clinics, specialist nurse clinics, assistant nurse clinics, child health services, psychosocial competence, foot care, elderly care clinics, and a laboratory. We also oversee several nursing homes. About You You are a licensed nurse, preferably with primary care experience. You are fluent in Swedish, both written and spoken, at C1 level. Experience in related or relevant fields is also an asset. Since you will work in constant dialogue with patients, family members, colleagues, and other organizations, strong Swedish language skills—both written and spoken—are required. You also need to be able to use various IT systems to perform daily healthcare work. You are empathetic, have strong collaboration skills, and can plan, organize, and prioritize your work. You have a friendly demeanor toward patients and colleagues. You are confident in your professional role and capable of making independent decisions based on your nursing expertise. We are looking for someone who is positive about improvement efforts and adaptable to changing circumstances. We place great importance on personal suitability.
