My name is Jenny and I'm the assistant operations manager and district nurse here at the primary care center. What you actually do You are responsible for our diabetes patients at the primary care center, and your role also includes telephone advice and standard nursing duties at a primary care center. You meet patients with a wide range of conditions—at appointments, digitally, and in clinical assessments. The focus here is on independent assessments, clinical responsibility, and direct patient care, not sitting in long phone queues or getting stuck in administrative triage. You are a central part of care and work both independently and as part of a team where both are equally important. You make medical assessments, prioritize, and drive patient cases from start to finish. The Kry Model We minimize administration and free up time for what matters: the patient encounter. If you are a trained district nurse, we see that as a merit. You take responsibility and get things done. You thrive in change and see it as fun. You deliver high-quality care and put the patient first—not as a phrase but in practice every day. Diabetes in Primary Care—Advanced Course (7.5 credits) If you don't already have diabetes training but have experience working with diabetes in primary care, we offer you the opportunity for in-service training. The course is held through the Academic Primary Care Center, which requires that you have worked at least 20% with diabetes in primary care for one year before taking the course. Practical Information Start: during 2026, when it works for both of us. Scope: Full-time Working hours: daytime 8–17, remote work possible one day/week Are you ready?
