About the Position You will have a unique position and collaboration that serves as a foundation for the future of accessible healthcare. You will have great opportunities to broaden your competence and develop through varied and challenging tasks. You will rotate between Fagersta Municipality's healthcare services and Region Västmanland's Accessible Care Team. Your responsibilities will include coordinating, leading, delegating, and managing healthcare services. Additionally, you will plan, implement, and evaluate nursing interventions. To succeed in the role and meet our patients' needs, collaboration both internally and externally is essential. As a registered nurse, you will also mentor, advise, and support other professionals on the team. You will rotate between: Fagersta Municipality's healthcare services: Here you will work with patients in residential care, short-term units, home healthcare, and within LSS and psychiatry. Accessible Care Team Fagersta and advanced home healthcare: Here you will work with patients who are too ill for primary care but too well for hospital care, providing individualized care in their homes. Qualifications We are seeking a licensed registered nurse. You need experience working as a registered nurse, preferably with experience in municipal healthcare and/or advanced home healthcare. Our work is governed by documents that are often in Swedish, and you therefore need good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written. If you have experience with the Cosmic medical records system, we consider that an advantage. We see that you are a confident, stable person with good self-awareness. You collaborate well with others while also having the ability to work independently. The role of registered nurse requires that you can lead nursing staff in a motivating manner. To thrive in the role, we see that you are curious, flexible, and have a willingness to try something new and unique for Västmanland.
