You are warmly welcome to Lasarettet in Enköping! Our Operations The Surgical Clinic is a specialist clinic with focuses on general surgery, orthopedics, and urology. Patients visit our clinic by referral. At the clinic, doctors, nurses, nursing assistants, and a physiotherapist work as a team around the patient. The clinic is in an exciting and rewarding development phase. One of our current nurses will transition to another role at the clinic, so we look forward to welcoming another nurse colleague. We value a good psychosocial work environment with an open climate and regularly work on improvements in this area. We use the Cosmic electronic health record system. Your Role You are part of the team around the patient with varying tasks in close collaboration with doctors, nurses, and nursing assistants. The nurse is also responsible for telephone consultation and digital guidance for patients as well as conducting independent nurse visits. The work involves both making independent decisions within your nursing role and being a team player in our patient-centered team. Your Qualifications We are looking for a licensed nurse with professional experience. Experience from clinic work is a merit, and/or experience working as a nurse in surgery, orthopedics, and urology. If you have specialist certifications that could benefit our operations, that may be a merit but is not required. Your Competencies To thrive in this role, you need to be organized, stable, curious, and team-oriented. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.
