Our activities are governed primarily by the Social Services Act, the LSS Act and the Health and Medical Care Act and shall implement services regulated by these laws. Home health care in Motala Municipality consists of occupational therapists, physiotherapists, nurses, nursing assistants and rehabilitation assistants. We work in teams together with elderly care, LSS activities and day activities for our citizens' benefit. 1 position(s). WORK TASKS We are now looking for a nurse for municipal health and medical care with a mission within on-call operations, which involves daytime work, evenings and every other weekend. On-call operations are based at premises on Södra Allén in Motala. Work during on-call hours includes both planned cases and unplanned assessments as well as interventions from collaboration partners within health care. As a nurse in on-call operations, you meet the patient both in ordinary housing and in special accommodation. Working on-call is instructive work for you who enjoy challenges, varying workload/assignments and appreciate independent work. No two days are the same. It is a varied and exciting assignment with good opportunities for your own development. You will make independent assessments and lead and perform health and medical care interventions. You will plan measures and conduct follow-ups, handle medications, infusions and medical equipment. You plan the work based on the individual's circumstances and needs. You are an important contact towards primary care and specialist care. We are looking for you who want to work evenings and weekends with us. We offer you, who want to be available at these times, a reduced full-time position of 33.25 hours/week. QUALIFICATIONS You must have a category B driving license for car with manual transmission Registered nurse Knowledge You have good knowledge of the Swedish language, both written and spoken Experience Preferably with experience from nursing. You are confident in yourself, stand up for your opinions and have the courage to speak up when needed. You have the ability to distinguish between the issue and the person and can feel secure even in uncertain situations. You work well with other people. You relate to them in an attentive and flexible way. You can adapt and find win-win solutions through an unpretentious focus on the common goal. You have the resources required for change or problem-solving. You do your best by doing what you can right now. You quickly find solutions to problems that arise. You find it easy to adapt, develop and learn new things according to changed requirements, conditions or circumstances.
