Within LSS and social psychiatry, we work closely with people with different support needs. As a nurse, you will be an important part of the interdisciplinary team around the individual and collaborate with, among others, nursing staff, occupational therapist, physiotherapist, and on-call physician. The work is varied and relationship-building, where your medical expertise is combined with a health-promoting and person-centered approach. WORK TASKS As a nurse, you are responsible for health and medical care services and work both preventatively and in a health-promoting manner. You meet people in their everyday lives and have the opportunity to follow their development over time. Your work tasks include: • conducting medical assessments and being responsible for health and medical care services • planning, implementing, and following up on nursing interventions • working with medication management, care planning, and documentation • collaborating with patients, relatives, nursing staff, and other professionals • supervising and delegating health and medical care tasks to colleagues • participating in rounds and collaborating with physicians and other healthcare providers You work daytime for the most part, but evening and weekend shifts are part of the schedule. You then work in the municipality's consulting operations, which include care and residential facilities, home healthcare, and service and group homes within LSS and social psychiatry. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for you who are a licensed nurse and who wants to use your expertise in relationship-oriented and varied work. For this position, you need to have: • a nursing license • a B driver's license and driving experience • experience with documentation • good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written • the ability to work independently and make medical assessments It is advantageous if you have experience in municipal health and medical care, LSS, and/or social psychiatry. Specialist training in psychiatry or LSS is also advantageous, as is experience with the systems Treserva, TES, Lifecare, NPÖ, and Pascal.
