You will work with assessments, planning, and implementation of healthcare services within municipal primary care. You will also delegate, mentor, and train staff, as well as work closely with unit managers, doctors, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, and nursing colleagues. Working hours include day, evening, and weekend shifts. We have close collaboration with coordinated healthcare in the Västra Götaland Region, which may involve assignments from 1177 as well as interventions while waiting for an ambulance. This gives you a unique opportunity to develop and broaden your competence. Qualifications: Requirements: You are a licensed nurse and have a valid Class B driver's license. You are fluent in Swedish in both speech and writing, which is important for effective communication with patients and colleagues. Meritorious: Specialist education: We would like to see that you have further training in dementia care, district nursing, care of the elderly, or psychiatry. Your expertise is valuable to us! Experience: Have you worked in municipal primary care before? Fantastic! It is a great advantage if you also have mentor training. Personal suitability: We place great importance on your personality.
