About the Position Meliva Healthcare Center Bagarmossen is a well-functioning healthcare center with broad primary care operations. Here, doctors, nurses, district nurses, nursing assistants, and psychologists work closely together to meet our patients' needs in the best way possible. Our daily work is characterized by collegial support, continuous development, and high patient safety. As a nurse with us, you will work with typical tasks within basic home healthcare. The work includes both acute and planned visits as well as collaboration with the clinic when needed. Work tasks may include: Assessment and advice via telephone, chat, and during home visits. Responsibility for your own home healthcare team. Wound care, vaccinations, lifestyle counseling, and chronic disease coordination. Collaboration with other professionals within the team for comprehensive patient care. Active participation in quality and improvement work.
