JOB RESPONSIBILITIES As a nurse in home healthcare, you play a central role in creating security and quality of life for patients who cannot travel to healthcare facilities on their own. By meeting patients in their own homes, you provide individually tailored care that enables them to remain living in a safe and dignified environment. With us, you work in close collaboration with physicians, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, home care services, and other healthcare providers. You also have an important role in dialogue with both patients and their families, all to create good, safe, and close care. We are now seeking committed and competent nurses who want to become part of our team and contribute to developing home healthcare. Your duties include: • Provide health and medical care services in the patient's home • Take responsibility for nursing care and make medical assessments • Work in a team with physiotherapists, occupational therapists, and physicians • Plan, conduct, and follow up on home visits • Supervise and delegate tasks to nursing staff and students • Document in Treserva and record information in other operational systems • Work preventively to strengthen the patient's health and wellbeing • Work in our consultant services evenings and weekends Are you ready to make a real difference for our patients every day? As a final candidate, you must be able to provide a certificate of good conduct from the police for working in homes with elderly people and people with disabilities. This should not be attached to your application. QUALIFICATIONS You are a reliable and committed nurse who enjoys working independently while valuing collaboration. You have a professional approach, inspire confidence, and have the ability to adapt to different situations and patient needs. • Valid nursing license • Experience as a nurse • Good knowledge of Swedish language in speaking, writing, and reading comprehension • Class B driver's license and driving experience It is an advantage if you have experience in municipal health and medical care and if you can use the systems Treserva, TES, Lifecare, NPÖ, and Pascal. To succeed in the role: • You work in a structured manner with high patient safety as the focus • You take responsibility and drive your work forward with accuracy and quality • You have a good ability to plan, prioritize, and use resources efficiently • You thrive in a team and contribute to a good collaborative climate • You act with professionalism, good judgment, and high integrity The position is primarily scheduled for daytime, but evening and weekend work is included according to schedule. During these times, you work in our consultant services which include care and housing facilities, home healthcare, and LSS and social psychiatry services. Do you want to make a difference?
