Knowledge Requirements Licensed nurse with several years of professional experience. Experience with telephone advice is a merit. Experience with claims management or conditional care/insurance is a merit. Previous service work, preferably by phone, is a merit. Very good knowledge of Swedish and good ability to express yourself verbally and in writing. Good knowledge of English.
