Konsulta specializes in healthcare assignments with a focus on remote work. We aim to make healthcare more accessible and flexible while creating attractive working conditions for healthcare professionals. We are now seeking licensed nurses who want to work with digital primary care cases remotely.
Responsibilities
As a nurse with us, you will among other things:
Respond to and assess incoming patient inquiries through digital channels (chat and phone).
Provide guidance for mild to moderate health issues where support and assessment can be delivered digitally.
Document patient records and healthcare interventions.
Collaborate with physicians, other nurses, and care teams digitally.
Participate in meetings, training, and professional development remotely.
Qualifications
Licensed nurse with Swedish degree and corresponding certification.
Experience in primary care, digital healthcare contact, or similar assessment/advisory work is an advantage.
Strong communication skills in spoken and written Swedish.
Proficiency with digital tools and systems (e.g., electronic health records, chat platforms).
Ability to work independently, systematically, and with high quality.
Strong work ethic and excellent problem-solving skills.
