As an ELSA nurse, you have a permanent position, but you work in different departments to broaden your competence. You typically work for six or twelve months in each department before transferring. Placement changes occur on March 1st and September 1st. As an ELSA nurse, you are part of the department's regular staffing while you are there—you are not in addition to regular personnel. As an ELSA nurse, your work is varied and suits you if you are curious and enjoy trying new things! The role is perfect if you are a newly graduated nurse who hasn't yet decided which area you want to work in, but also for experienced nurses who want to expand your competence or try something new for a period. You do not need to have your license to apply for the position, but you must obtain it before starting your employment with us. As an ELSA nurse, you are someone who easily adapts to changing circumstances and thrives with varied work tasks. You have good collaboration skills, are proactive, and take responsibility for both your own work tasks and the bigger picture.
