As an ELSA nurse, you have a permanent position, but you work in different departments to broaden your expertise. You typically work for six or twelve months in each department before moving. Placements change on March 1st and September 1st. As an ELSA nurse, you are part of the department's regular staffing during your time there—you are not additional to regular personnel. As an ELSA nurse, your work is varied and suits you if you're curious and enjoy trying new things! The role is perfect for you if you're a newly graduated registered nurse who hasn't yet decided which area you want to work in, but also for you experienced nurses who want to expand your expertise or try something new for a period. Your Future Workplace Höglandssjukhuset is one of three hospitals in Region Jönköpings län. The catchment area has approximately 110,000 residents.
