We place great importance on personal qualities. As a person, you are flexible and adapt well to changing conditions in the organization. You have good cooperation skills and work well with other professions to ensure good and safe patient care. Furthermore, you have a holistic perspective in your work, considering both the patient's and the organization's needs. You are also independent in your professional role and have the ability to plan, prioritize, and make decisions within the scope of your assignment. What You'll Be Working With We offer you work at a fun and interesting workplace where you'll have the opportunity to develop in your role as a nurse or district nurse. Work at the health center includes your own clinic, telephone advice, chat with patients, and teamwork around patients. There is also the possibility to specialize in a specific patient group, for example heart disease, asthma/COPD, or diabetes. The work includes both planned and acute activities, which means the days are varied and sometimes require us to quickly prioritize and reorganize. On certain days we have open clinics, which means more unplanned activities where we receive patients with varying needs and conditions. We work from a person-centered approach and strive for efficient and well-functioning patient flow. What We Offer You - The health center is open during daytime hours; Monday to Friday. Some shifts at the on-call center occur. Some shifts at the on-call center occur, currently approximately 3 weekends/year. Start date by agreement. Selection and interviews take place on an ongoing basis and the position may be filled before the final application deadline.
