Would you like varied work combining clinic duties with endoscopy? We are now looking for a nurse for the Medicine Clinic in the General Team and the Endoscopy Unit. Description The Medicine Clinic in Mölndal receives patients for new and follow-up visits within cardiology, diabetes, internal medicine, and gastroenterology. We also have a research unit and work with a strong patient focus, high accessibility, good care, and excellent quality. The Endoscopy Unit is part of the Medicine Clinic and provides endoscopic services within gastroenterology. We perform colonoscopies, gastroscopies, and capsule endoscopies, primarily in planned procedures but also for hospitalized patients requiring urgent endoscopy. The department is characterized by commitment, expertise, and a desire for continuous development. In the General Team, we receive patients for nurse visits for iron infusions, blood transfusions, injections, and blood draws. The work also includes telephone advice and assisting at physician clinics. With us, you become part of a work group where cooperation, job satisfaction, and patient needs are central. Work Tasks On the endoscopy unit, specialist physicians, nurses, assistant nurses, and coordinators work closely together around the patient. As a nurse, you play an important role in the team and are responsible for care before, during, and after examination. Work tasks include: patient preparation and care medication handling instrument handling assisting with endoscopic examinations monitoring and follow-up of patients after examination administrative tasks and telephone advice, as well as nurse clinic visits for our internal medicine outpatients Qualifications We are looking for a licensed nurse with several years of professional experience. Experience in endoscopic procedures is a merit but not required. You are confident in your professional role, work systematically, and have the ability to take initiative. At the same time, you are a team player who contributes to a good collaborative climate and have an unpretentious approach.
