JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
As a registered nurse in Home Healthcare, you are responsible for health and medical care services where you plan, perform, and follow up on medical interventions, and work closely with nursing assistants, occupational therapists, physiotherapists, unit managers, and physicians.

QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for you who
• Are a licensed registered nurse and feel confident in your profession
• Have a warm approach and are comfortable with independent responsibility

• Want to contribute with ideas for developing the operation and work on continuous improvements
• Hold a B-class driver's license
Experience in municipal health and medical care is a merit – but what matters most is your commitment, your care, and your desire to create safe and secure health and medical care as well as a safe workplace.
In this role, you conduct assessments based on current health status and follow up on medical treatment and care interventions. In the position, you will lead care work and support patients toward a meaningful daily life. You are part of a multidisciplinary team and work closely with colleagues, care staff, unit managers, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, physicians, and relatives.
