About the Operation BUP Centrum Väst is located in Uddevalla and also has two satellite clinics, one in Lysekil and one in Strömstad. BUP Väst receives children ages 6-18 years. Outpatient care forms the basis of the child psychiatric specialist service, and our mission is to promote mental health in children and young people together with their families. As a nurse in our service, you will be offered stimulating and varied work. You will work in a multidisciplinary team with the support of a team leader and unit manager. As a nurse with us, you will work with, among other things: medication monitoring and blood sampling acute and suicide prevention interventions telephone advice home visits supportive and motivating conversations coordination internally and externally Qualifications We are looking for you who are a licensed nurse and who enjoy working with children, young people, and their parents. We would like you to have further training in psychiatry, but it is not a requirement. Previous experience in child and adolescent psychiatry is a merit. Great weight will be placed on personal suitability. Other Information When filling positions in child and adolescent psychiatry, we always request an extract from the suspicion and criminal record register. This request is handled by the employer.
