The clinic is divided into sections for urology, breast, endocrine, vascular, colorectal, and upper gastrointestinal surgery, conducted in both outpatient and inpatient settings. We are seeking registered nurses to join our wonderful team in the Abdominal and Vascular Surgery Department. We care for patients with upper gastrointestinal diseases, colorectal diseases, and vascular diseases. To facilitate the work of our healthcare staff, we have supporting functions including pharmacists, receptionists, kitchen assistants, and patient-adjacent services in the departments. We place great emphasis on providing you with a good introduction and favorable conditions to thrive and develop with us. Orientation is individually tailored and lasts between 4 to 6 weeks. You have the opportunity to work according to a 3-3 schedule, which means approximately 88% working time while maintaining full-time salary. As a newly graduated nurse, you participate in the region's introduction program for nurses with regular meetings and training. We offer mentorship with trained mentors and scheduled time for reflection and training following orientation. DUTIES As a registered nurse with us, you contribute knowledge and commitment that help people feel secure. You will work within a broad surgical field encompassing highly specialized surgery and acute care. We care for both patients undergoing planned operations and patients seeking emergency care. As a registered nurse, you have an important role in the care team where you collectively are responsible for daily patient care, nutrition, mobilization, wound care, and other tasks. You work closely with patients and your work includes identifying risks, assessing, addressing, and evaluating the patient's various care needs. You will have an important role in leading, prioritizing, and coordinating care work together with your care team. QUALIFICATIONS We are seeking a licensed registered nurse. We consider it a merit if you have experience in surgery or acute care. We are seeking someone who wants to work in an exciting and varied role in an organization undergoing development.
