The Assignment The work is conducted during daytime hours, Monday through Friday. The position includes planning, coordination, and delivery of care services, contact with other healthcare providers and home care services, as well as direct and telephone contact with patients and their families. Background We are looking for a licensed nurse. You need to have at least two years of experience as a nurse, preferably from a health center or home healthcare, or have worked as a nursing assistant in home healthcare before becoming a licensed nurse. It is important that you are a person who feels committed to your professional practice. It is important that you have good computer skills, preferably with experience using Take Care and Lifecare services. You must have a strong command of the Swedish language, both spoken and written.
