About the Department Do you have a passion for internal medicine care? Then Department 3 might be your next workplace. Department 3 is an internal medicine unit with a broad spectrum. We care for patients with complex and often serious illnesses such as cardiovascular diseases, lung diseases, and infectious diseases, making the work both challenging and educational. We have 18 beds with telemetry monitoring capability. The department is divided into three care teams, with each team responsible for six patients. Duties As a nurse with us, you and your team are responsible for providing excellent care with patients and their families at the center. The team includes nursing assistants, nurses, doctors, and other professionals. We support each other throughout each shift and value a culture of collaboration, compassion, joy, and respect. We offer stimulating and varied tasks where no two days are the same. We are convinced that you as an employee are our greatest asset, and it is important to us that you feel a sense of community and support. Whether you have previous experience or are new to the profession, you will receive a secure introduction tailored to you individually. Both newer and experienced colleagues work with us, and each shift is staffed with experienced personnel. You will receive training in BLS and medical equipment such as telemetry, infusion pumps, and BIPAP. Internal training related to patient care is offered on an ongoing basis. Qualifications We are looking for you who are a licensed nurse. Previous work experience from acute or internal medicine inpatient care is a merit. Personal qualities: - You enjoy varied tasks and changes of pace - You have good collaboration skills and a positive attitude toward teamwork - You are a person who takes responsibility for your tasks - You are empathetic, humble, and service-oriented in your approach We are interested in both newly graduated and experienced nurses.
