About the Unit The Eating Disorder Unit Dalarna is a regional outpatient clinic within Outpatient Psychiatry in Dalarna that provides care and treatment to adults with eating disorders. The unit is centrally located in Falun. We work in an interdisciplinary team with diverse expertise to best help our patients. We aim to provide quality eating disorder care with high accessibility. We place great emphasis on good patient interaction and tailoring care to each patient's needs. Treatment services can be offered individually or in groups. In addition to providing treatment, support, and assistance to those affected by eating disorders, we also offer support to family members and provide knowledge and information to those who encounter patients with eating disorders in their work. To create accessible care that identifies and supports affected individuals at an early stage, we also offer Drop-In services. The Eating Disorder Unit serves as a knowledge center for eating disorders in Dalarna with a focus on knowledge development, methodology development, evaluation, and collaboration. Supervision and training take place continuously. Job Responsibilities Professional practice within your own field of expertise and work as part of the patient care team. You will meet with patients in treatment, both individually and in groups, and conduct assessments. Therapeutic meals are included. Qualifications We are looking for you who: - are a licensed nurse - have experience working in healthcare and psychiatric care and treatment Merits: - experience in eating disorder care You should have strong collaboration skills and work with other professions both internally and externally. Interest in knowledge and methodology development is important. Great emphasis will be placed on experience with people in crisis in general, eating disorder issues, and personal suitability.
