We warmly welcome your application! The Role as a Nurse As a nurse, you work together with an ambulance paramedic or another nurse who has basic or specialist training. Together, you assess and treat the patient at home, at the scene of an accident, and during transport to a healthcare facility. You also perform patient transfers between different healthcare facilities, both within and outside the county. As a staff member in ambulance services, you have access to advanced equipment such as defibrillators, mechanical chest compression devices, and a variety of medications. In your daily work, you meet all types of patients, and your work involves providing good and safe care based on the patient's needs. Your work is therefore varied and no two days are the same. The position we are offering is a full-time temporary position for 6 months with the possibility of extension. The preferred start date is October 26 or by agreement. We view it positively if you have your experience in acute care. If you also have any of the following specialist qualifications, it is a merit. • Ambulance Services • Acute Care • Anesthesia • Intensive Care You are an experienced driver and have at least a category B driver's license. In our operations, it is important that you have good physical fitness and strong physical work capacity, both for your sake and the patient's. Working in ambulance services requires personal maturity and good judgment, and we place great emphasis on personal suitability. As a person, you are confident and stable with a good ability to distinguish between the personal and the professional. It is important that you are comfortable making your own decisions in your work. The work also involves close teamwork, so you need to have good collaboration skills with other people and communicate clearly. Since you meet patients and their relatives daily, it is also very important that you have an empathetic manner and good interpersonal skills.
