Your role includes maintaining continuous dialogue with relatives and informing them of changes in health status. You collaborate with colleagues, doctors, and potentially other contacts, both internal and external, to ensure quality care.
Job Description
We are now looking for a colleague on a part-time basis for a permanent position with probation at 80% employment, starting date by agreement.
Licensed Registered Nurse
Good skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
Meritorious
We would like you to have previous experience in elderly care.
To thrive in this position, you are engaged and care about your fellow human beings while being good at creating positive relationships and having a service-oriented mindset. At our workplace, we work both as a team and independently, so it is important that you are comfortable in that environment.
Before we offer employment, you must provide an unopened extract from the Swedish Police's criminal record registry. We also require a valid Swedish work permit, for example a passport or approved work permit from the Swedish Migration Agency.
