Psychiatric Clinic 24-hour care, Högland Hospital The Psychiatric Clinic currently consists of merged departments, but the goal is to reopen two separate units. We are now seeking nurses who want to be part of developing the future of psychiatric care. Welcome to join us on this exciting journey! The Nurse Role As a nurse, your responsibilities will include: • Leading all steps of the nursing care process together with the rest of the department team, in collaboration with patients and their families • Coordinating care plans in collaboration with physicians and other team members • Actively working on improvement initiatives to develop care These positions are ongoing with 100% employment offered, but flexibility for other arrangements is available. Start date is subject to agreement. Work includes day shifts, evening shifts, and two out of five weekends. Preference scheduling is applied. We contribute to the development and implementation of shared care programs and psychiatric care processes in the region. Your Profile We are looking for you who are a licensed nurse. Experience in the profession and psychiatry is considered meritorious but not required. We value teamwork and emphasize every profession's role in the whole and in creating meaningful 24-hour care. Therefore, it is important that you are unpretentious and enjoy collaborating.
