JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
As a registered nurse with us, you are part of a health and care team with Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, care personnel, and a unit manager.
You perform assessments of care interventions, follow up on physician orders such as medication management, wound care, etc., and investigate and conduct risk assessments based on Senior Alert. You are responsible for ensuring that SIP, care plans, and team meetings are planned and conducted with the patient in focus together with the entire team.
You educate and mentor patients, staff, and relatives. You work closely with unit managers, care personnel, rehabilitation, and case managers. You collaborate with external care providers for the patient's benefit and are a contributing link to good and safe care.
We work weekends, day/evening shifts according to schedule.
QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for you who are a licensed registered nurse.
You have the ability to plan, organize, and prioritize work in a functional and efficient way together with your colleagues.
You are good at collaborating, adapt easily to changed circumstances, and see opportunities instead of obstacles. You are self-driven and enjoy working both in groups and independently. We would like to see you work according to licensed registered nurses' competency descriptions in your daily work with person-centered care, team collaboration, evidence-based care, improvement knowledge for quality development, safe care, and informatics.
Great emphasis is placed on personal qualities. Driver's license category B is a requirement.
If you have a foreign nursing degree, you apply to the Swedish National Board of Health and Welfare for Swedish licensure. Good knowledge of Swedish corresponding to at least level C1 according to the Council of Europe's level scale is a requirement.
Employment form: Permanent employment.
Duration: Start date: October 1, 2026 or by agreement.
There is an opportunity to combine the work with being a part-time firefighter. Assessment is made based on operational needs.
