Your Assignment As a nurse with us, you will have independent and varied work where you play an important role in patient care. You work with phone consultation, assessment and triage, and patient appointments in scheduled clinics. You meet both patients with planned care needs and patients seeking care for more acute concerns, which provides exciting variety in the work and broad clinical experience. The work is carried out in close collaboration with doctors and other professionals at the health care center to create safe, accessible, and person-centered care. Your Competence We are looking for a registered nurse. Experience with phone consultation, triage, and work in the Cosmic medical records system is advantageous. We place great emphasis on personal suitability. We seek someone who is confident in their professional role, contributes to a good work environment, and enjoys collaborating with others. You have the ability to prioritize, find solutions, and meet varying situations with a calm and professional approach. You enjoy contributing ideas and enthusiasm to developing our operations and working methods. Our Operations Tierps Health Care Center is located between Uppsala and Gävle with good commuting options. From Uppsala, both trains and buses run every half hour during rush hours, and the health care center is within walking distance of the station. We have approximately 19,700 registered patients, making us one of the country's largest health care centers. We are approximately 120 employees with different professional backgrounds working together on comprehensive primary care services. Our patients are both young and old and live in Tierp and surrounding rural areas. We continuously work to develop our operations and working methods to create even better care for our patients and an even better workplace for our employees.
